1080P Video & Audio - 44 infrared leds
The 6310 series wildlife cameras from Ltl Acorn combine the extra infrared power of the 5310 series (so 44 infrared leds) with the 6210 series' ability to record video at 1080P HD quality.
The build has changed slightly too, with the LCD screen now on the back of the camera underneath a drop down door. Ltl Acorn have made this build change to avoid wear & tear issues with the ribbon cable and also to cut out the problem that can occur when users leave discharged batteries inside, these can leak and damage the LCD circuit. With the LCD circuit now moved away from the battery compartment this should end this issue.
Both of the issues above were few and far between but will be a thing of the past with the new Ltl Acorn 6310MC camera trap.
Available with a wide angle lens providing 100o of coverage, the 6310WMC variant offers a better view in areas needing close-ups.
The Ltl Acorn 6310MC is is equipped with the covert 940nm infrared array. These give no red glow when on, making them effectively invisible.
The 6310MC has all of the standard Ltl Acorn features such as ability to record video or pictures (or both), timelapse record option, timer settings, password protection, serial numbering, date & time stamp etc.
Battery choice is vital for the efficiency of your camera, do not use Duracell and do not choose any batteries with a capacity lower than 2500mA. We recommend Vapex Instant 2500mA Low Self Discharge Rechargeable AAs which work very well with the Ltl Acorn cameras and are excellent value for money. Uniross 2600mA Rechargeables are also very good.
PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU INTEND TO USE THE TIMER FUNCTION ON THE LTL ACORN CAMERAS, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHOOSE THE 5210, 5310, 5610 OR 3310 SERIES CAMERAS.
DO NOT LEAVE DISCHARGED BATTERIES INSIDE YOUR LTL ACORN CAMERA FOR ANY PROLONGED LENGTH OF TIME. THE BATTERIES WILL LEAK AND THIS ACID WILL CORRODE THE CIRCUIT BOARD. BATTERY LEAKAGE IS EASY TO SPOT AND IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.
