This camera is great for the first time user or the professional CCTV installer. If you want a camera for the office or home, the Y-Cam Bullet is great. Colour depth is excellent, resolution is good (640x480px) and it is compatible with many NAS drives out there so you don't need to leave your PC on 24/7 to record. Y-Cam do have a free iPhone app out there which is ok for live views. I have this camera installed with the Synology DS211J NAS and their DS Cam software on Apple AppStore is very good and free. Before you buy, think about where you are going to install this. If you have a dark wall or eves, then the Black version would be better, or if you want it to stand out more or have white eves then the white would be the preferred choice. Overall very happy with this product. I gave it 4 stars as there are a few cameras for not a lot more money that have a higher resolution.

I recently pueaschrd this system directly from the vendor. Overall I feel that their customer service was just awesome. They were very knowledgeable about all systems and help me find the one that fits my needs. When I did purchase this unit, I was missing a power cable and they sent me one in 36 hours. I understand these things happen but they made good on their service. Very easy system to install. No problems doing so. I am able to view my house from work and find that very comforting. So far I would reccomend this product.

Amazing service, would definitely use again. The item was advertised at a mistakenly low price because the supplier had failed to communicate a price increase. Instead of cancelling my order, they honoured the original price and couriered the item from another supplier (because it was out of stock), and possibly made a small loss on the transaction.
