IPCorders should be used to record your IP cameras when you do not want to leave your PC running all the time or you want to record a large amount of images.

IPCorder is unique recording solution for systems with IP cameras, including the latest multimegapixel resolution cameras.

IPCorder includes an integrated web server, accessing live video, recordings, and device settings is all achieved from your internet browser. Everything is nearly as intuitive as your DVD player. For viewing you can use computers not only with MS Windows, but also with Linux and Apple Mac OS X (*)

Set up and configuration is easy as the process is mainly automated, after insertion of hard drives, IPCorder searches your network for available IP cameras and other supported devices. Automatic setup of connected devices is also possible.

IPCorder allows observation of your camera system from anywhere over the Internet. You just need a connection to your IPCorder’s location and it can automatically enable live view or recordings for remote observation. You can easily see what your pets are doing, the parking lot in your company, monitor if an industial process is finished, or just make sure everything is all right at home.

IPCorder is not only an IP camera video recorder, but can also be an automation device. Various network input/output devices, temperature and humidity sensors etc. can be connected too. Using IPCorder’s Rules you can specify how it should react on events.

IPCorder saves you operating costs as it has low power consumption. In comparison with traditional network video recorders based on a personal computer you can save more than a megawatthour of electrical energy per year (***).

IPCorder is not supplied with hard drives, please choose drives from our Hard Drive page.

(*) IPCorder firmware version 1.1.0 supports MJPEG compression for Mac OS X computers. MPEG-4 decoding libraries will be available not later than in 1.2 firmware version.
