Delivery Information
Standard Delivery is free of charge for Main land UK, we use Collect+ and Hermes courier services, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 days from dispatch.
Collect+ delivers to a convenience store near you, for you to collect whenever you want to. You will need identification to collect your parcel
Hermes will deliver directly to your home or work address. You will need to sign for this service.
Next day or urgent delivery will be by Royal Mail services and will be charged at the rates they have in force at the time. For urgent or overseas orders, please contact us directly by our Freephone Number 0808 192 1966 or email us at sales@cmac.eclipse.co.uk and we will do our best to process your order, payment and your choice of delivery.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. [Details on contacts page]
If you are not satisfied with any item you ordered, return it, in the original packaging (with all components, paperwork and software CD -Rom) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement as agreed by phone or email. We can only accept the return of used items if they are in original condition, damage to Cameras, brackets, etc. from installation will be rejected and returned to you so please ensure you are happy with your purchase before you install it!
Note, we are only able to replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after 14 days from receipt. Postage from ourselves to you will be paid for By CMaC Ltd. Postage from yourself to CMaC Ltd will not be paid by CMaC Ltd
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call/email us using the details from the contacts page.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
